About me

Hi, I’m Stéphane.

Most of my students call me Sté, and I love that.
It feels like it belongs to this new version of me — the one that was born after I changed my life completely.

I graduated in Law and worked for years at the Public Prosecutor’s Office in Brazil.
But in 2020, everything shifted. I fell in love with yoga and decided to take my first teacher training course.

By 2021, I was teaching my own classes — and that changed everything.

I had finally found my purpose: to share the same healing that yoga once brought to me.
As I began guiding people through their own journeys — helping them release trauma, find joy, reduce stress, and rediscover well-being — my previous career no longer made sense.
I wanted to live fully through yoga.

So, in January 2023, I made the biggest decision of my life:
I resigned from my position, packed my bags, and started traveling the world as a yoga teacher and a nomad.

In 2024, I launched my first (Re)Connection Expedition — to Chapada Diamantina, followed by Chapada dos Veadeiros and the Amazon Rainforest.
These journeys became much more than trips. They turned into spaces for self-care, love, sisterhood, and discovery — of ourselves and of the beautiful planet we call home.

Each expedition is an oasis, a sacred pause to disconnect — so we can reconnect.
That’s why it’s called “The (Re)Connection of Being.”
We go deep into wild, magnificent nature to simply allow ourselves… to feel.

And we feel it deeply.
It’s pure magic to lead these experiences and watch people live the same transformation that once healed me.
My work walks hand in hand with my purpose.

That’s why I personally design every detail — from the itinerary to the welcome kit.
I want each participant to feel cared for, seen, and happy.
To create the kind of enchantment people describe when they talk about Disney — but in the most sacred setting there is: nature.

Traveling is my greatest passion.
Every trip has shaped me into who I am.
I’ve visited 41 countries so far — and my eyes still crave more.
These days, I explore Brazil by car with my golden retriever, Fred. Last year alone, we crossed 15 states together.

Two passions. Yoga and travel.
One purpose. One life-changing experience.

Each group comes with its own story, its own calling.
If you feel yours — come with me.
You’ll love what you find. 🌿
